Dr. DeFranco opened his practice in 1998 and was the first dentist here in Helena he is staffed with two dental hygienist, one dental assistant, and two front desk employees. We have patients of all ages. Dr. DeFranco has a good base of patients however, we would like our new patients to continue flowing in.

Very friendly and extremely clean! Dr DeFranco is very honest and professional . I highly recommend! I have never had to wait. I have never had any discomfort at all at cleaning or any procedure I have had done. They go above and beyond.

If you need general dentistry services, you can’t find better than Helen Familt Dentistry. The staff is super, Dr. Difranco is very skillful and had a terrific personality. A great practice to work with. I highly recommend them.
