All staff members were very professional and personable and went above and beyond to send me information I left in the office. Dr. Sanders was very attentive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this office.

I cannot fathom making a patient wait 43 minutes to be seen by a doctor and then on top of that, the doctor not even having the decency to shake my hand and introduce himself. I'm so ashamed at myself that I didn't walk out after 40 minutes of waiting. Less than five minutes later the appointment was finished and I was dismissed. I also initially signed a form saying I would allow the doctor to scope my nose because they said it was standard practice, and although I asked twice what the cost was for a cash pay patient they i... read more
