I cannot fathom making a patient wait 43 minutes to be seen by a doctor and then on top of that, the doctor not even having the decency to shake my hand and introduce himself. I'm so ashamed at myself that I didn't walk out after 40 minutes of waiting. Less than five minutes later the appointment was finished and I was dismissed.
