I have paid for three visits at this place and they never have my ultrasound results ready. My last appointment, Megan did not like my tone regarding the lack of ultrasound results (after being almost an hour late to the appointment). The medical assistant sent me a petty email telling me I was supposed to get my ultrasound done the same day at my last appointment. Weird to email because I got it done that day? Dr. Lollis is very attentive and is a wonderful provider. Unfortunately my issue is with the front office staff and MA, as seems to be the norm for a lot of medical practices. The first issue happened when I needed a medication to be sent over to my pharmacy. The MA was a bit annoyed that I reached out to her asking for it to be sent, insisting that she did it already and that I was mistaken. Very rude people I called yesterday to book appointment CRystal was unbelievable rude I keep saying I need appointment for wed she keep offering me all week days but not Wednesday!!! I have been a patient for 5 yrs. I one day randomly received an email stating that i am discharged due to lack of respectful communication. When I replied to get some clarification, I was notified that I had multiple cancelled/no show appts(FALSE) and to refer to the new patient paperwork. NOTE: if and when I cannot make my appt, I call and RESCHEDULE. In the document, nowhere does the word reschedule pop up.
