the front office staff were great. Meagan Gruwell, PA and her assistant were very unprofessional and condensending. When we would ask a basic health question they would speak over us and not even let us finish. My husband was in and out of the hospital for a month and to be treated with such disrespect is demoralizing. Meagan doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing in regards to treatment of my thyroid. Diet was her only suggestion and repeated labs again and again going in circles. Do not recommend. Will be going to the medical board. Also, upon a quick internet search it appears Meagan can’t pay her bills and was being evicted from her apartment, via online court records. She can’t manage her money nor my medical conditions.
I have type 1 diabetes and depend on communication with staff and physician to manage my A1C, pretty much my life. They absolutely will not return calls and ask that you do not leave multiple messages. How can someone live like this with T1D? Thank God I’ve found a better practice. If you have T1D steer clear of this practice.
