Helen was a dream to work with! Being out of state buyers, we had to rely on Helen to be our eyes on the ground in Chicago, and she went to some showings herself and recorded videos to share with us. We appreciated all her patience in us learning the market in Chicago and her honesty on pricing, renovations, repairs, etc. Helen is very knowledgeable about all things real estate and housing, and she is an ace in your corner for negotiations.
