Helen is the best of the best. There are not enough good things I can say about what a great job she does for her clients and what a kind, nice person she is overall. I used Helen for my first home purchase and came back to her when I decided to sell years later. She walked me through every detail and no question was too silly. Helen was a dream to work with! Being out of state buyers, we had to rely on Helen to be our eyes on the ground in Chicago, and she went to some showings herself and recorded videos to share with us. We appreciated all her patience in us learning the market in Chicago and her honesty on pricing, renovations, repairs, etc. Helen is very knowledgeable about all things real estate and housing, and she is an ace in your corner for negotiations.
