Helen has done an amazing job for my mom. After losing her husband and a having her life turned upside down Helen moved at the right pace for my elderly mother. As another said, she asked the right questions when we interviewed her and was very compassionate to our situation. She did not rush us, has always been professional, and took a lot off my already full plate with her suggestions for services to get the house ready to sell. If I lived in the area I would absolutely use Helen again!
Helen did a remarkable job selling my father's condo. She sold it above asking price in a very short period of time even though there were multiple other units for sale at the time. During the initial interview period she asked the right questions, and answered our inquiries without the usual sales hype. Helen was professional at all times and quickly answered any questions that arose during the sale. Overall I am very pleased with the job Helen performed in selling dad's condo and would highly recommend her to anyone.
What can be stated more about Helen; great friend, hard-working, beyond excellent as a realtor. This is our 3rd house we have been sold/purchased with her. Why would anyone choose any other realtor to get the job done? If 6 stars were available, I would give her 7.
