Dr. Plavnik is incredible. She is the most knowledgeable doctor in her field and the most thorough in her diagnosis; who has an investigative mind and will always choose the most appropriate treatment. I have been her patient for a long time but with a recent medical diagnosis, she has helped me a great deal.
The worst doctor and the office, disrespectful, money minded and inconsiderate. My 75 year old mom had an appointment last week, when she got to the office she was told that the doctor had an emergency thus couldn't see her. Seriously? I understand the emergency but they didn't even have courtesy to call my mother to inform her so that she wouldn't travel all the way to be turned down. Very good! I know Dr. Plavnik for many years. She is very attentive, very caring and she is a good diagnost. When she finds a problem she will help you with recommendations ( if you need different opinion or different specialist) and follow all results at any time of the day. Her office is very clean and staff is very friendly. I would recommend Dr. Plavnik to all my friends and everyone who will ask me for.
I am honestly shocked by some of the reviews for this office because I have only had positive experiences with the doctor, nurses I have been seeing Dr. Helen Plavnik for over three years. Amazing, well educated, knowledgeable and very easy to approach with terrific office staff
I am a patient of Dr. Helen Plavnik for more than 10 years. The most careful, the most knowledgeable, the most attentive doctor and the doctor who listen to your complaints not looking at the watch. She discover the problem with my thyroid and recommended the best specialist she knows. She follows results of the tests, asking copy of reports of the specialists in order to have complete picture of the problems with your health. The atmosphere in office is very friendly.I would recommend this Dr.
Dr. Helen Plavnik is great! I know I'm not alone but going to doctors makes me nervous. Dr. Plavnik and her staff puts me at ease. They are kind and communicate clearly. Dr. Plavnik spends time with me to answer all my questions and gives me lots of information and choices to consider. Her bedside manner is EXCELLENT. She is personable and competent and I'm so glad I chose her as my doctor!
The worst doctor to see for anything! The nurses there are very rude, talk about you in front of you in Russian. Not knowing that you're Russian as well. I went in their to confirm a pregnancy. Helen Plavink confirmed I was pregnant and instructed me to go do a blood test. At the time, the nurse was performing the test, she asked me if the prenatal vitamins I had with me were mine. This is not a review for the doctor but for the office staff. They were extremely abrupt and rude and not the least bit helpful. Based on this first experience I did not choose to see Dr. Plavnik.
