I'm so glad I found Helen Paslay, in an area where finding a primary medical professional is a difficult task she is a true gem. She takes time to listen to you, she is straight forward while be understanding and kind. She has helped me tremendously with my weight loss and I'm so thankful to her and her amazing staff!!!!
