I have lived here for 27 years. Never really had any problems. It is a no nonsense place. Abide by the rules.
Just keep to yourself and abide by the Property rules you'll have no problems here. I have been here going on 2 years now and seen cops out here way less than a handful. Stanford Management did a awesome job renovating the buildings. Give them a call I think we have some openings. 🤞
