Tiger at Helen Nails NEVER disappoints!! I absolutely love her work.
Did not get a spa pedicure wasn't even a basic pedicure. Asked to cut my nails down and yet again not done. No massage or nothing. And the paint job was god awful.
I've been there a few times and its a hit or miss. The last time I was there the guy was rushing to get my nails done. He didn't even finish them. He got up and the other guy handed him what looked like a check and he left. There was acrylic all over my cuticles and they starting to break off a week after. Today I decided to go get a new set....hopefully with a different tech. Before leaving work I wanted to call and make sure they were open. Ive been calling for over an hour. Unprofessional!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AND TALK ABOUT YOU IN THERE LANGUAGE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Amy just started at the nail shop a week ago but have been doing nails for a while. She did a really good job on them. My nails were tender and sore from previous nail shops. When I told her she really took her time, was very gentle, and she is fast!
