I thought i had finally found a new nail home salon since my tech of 8 years moved. I scheduled an appointment specifically with this shop because I had things to take care of that day. Not only was I not seen at the time of my appointment I was asked to come back a little later due to the scheduling discrepancy and was promised I would be seen once I got back.
