This is the 3rd time I’ve been there. The first time my experience was great. My nails never lifted and looked like I just got them done when I went for refill. I went in July just before I had surgery and got my refill and the refill lasted over a month and still looked great. I went today and got a refill again and a pedicure and omg amazing! I absolutely love this place and the prices are reasonable! Highly recommend!

I usually get the one who sits next to the counter, and at times she leaves my nails looking a little sloppy as if she rushed. This time I got the man who sits by the window and he left my nails looking beautiful. Either way they are all nice to my 5 yr old who always accompanies me, and they are patient while I let him pick out the color I'm going to get. They even praise him on picking a good color each time and make a point of helping me show him the final results.

Won't be coming back. First I felt like Helen was being extra rough with my refill and rushing. She burned me several times with the drill. Left my cuticles looking terrible and my fingers sore. As I was getting my pedicure I started inspecting my nails. I had air bubbles everywhere. The edges of my nails look rough. Polish is all over my finger. My nails also look bulky. I asked her to fix one of the nails with the bubbles. After that, i decided it wasn't even worth her touching my nails again. I paid and left.
