Helen told the agent she asked me to work with to send in my offer and the next day advised the agent that she had another better offer prior to mine that was accepted so my offer was declined. Bad real estate ethics. Have the decency to say we already have an accepted offer and if you want put in yours to see if it will be accepted by the seller would have been the right thing to do. Hopefully people will be cautious working with her.
Helen was amazing to work with!! She was so helpful guiding us through the whole process as first tome homebuyers. Her knowledge and insights from all of the experience she brings to the table were invaluable. She also has lots of great people she can recommend for things like inspections, etc. Would enthusiastically recommend working with her if you are thinking of buying!

Helen is a wonderful person and realtor. You don’t often meet people as genuine and lovely as she is. She works so hard for her clients, running all over to make sure everything goes smoothly through the entire process- it’s evident how much she cares. She is extremely responsive and patient.
