Dr. Cohen is a very caring doctor and she understands my concerns!!!

Provider is cool in her approach to patient care.
Perhaps if you get the first appointment of the day it will be on time. First visit I waited an hour before I saw the doctor, second time it was an hour and a half before I had to leave and reschedule. The new appointment was 5 weeks later, making the test results I got last week pointless for that visit. When you finally see her, Dr. Cohen isn't bad, but the time management, staff, and scheduling are terrible.
As a critical patient I got placed on the back burner and progressive care and medical support were not important and grossly delayed.
