My friend resides at a nursing home. She has not eaten in weeks, vomiting for months, and can't even walk now because she has no strength. She has not receivimg good care at the facility and was not getting any better. They finally sent her to Helen Keller hospital. The ER doctor and nurse wanted to admit her to the hospital, but whoever the uncaring person was that said she did not meet the criteria to the hospital,well if vomiting for months and weak and cannot walk, I don't know what is! Very disappointing. My 13 year old son tested positive fir Flu type A at this hospital with a fever of 106 and presented with symptoms of chest congestion and nasal congestion. Dr. McDonald did not write any prescriptions to relieve him of his non-stop cough nor did he write a prescription to give him relief of his nasal drainage (his face and nose were raw from wiping his nose so much).
