Today was the first time that I have had an appointment with Helen Halkias. She was professional, informative and friendly. The session didn’t feel hurried, was thorough and conducted in a caring manner. I highly recommend Helen and her staff and plan to continue seeing her in the future.
I have a bunion on my foot which has become painful Went to see Helen and found her really helpful and suggesting exercises to help and also suggesting better shows to improve comfort

Helen is absolutely passionate about her profession, her expertise extends into science of physiotherapy as well, that helps with her providing treatment plan that is very comprehensive including exercises to improve walking gait. Highly recommend.
