But after my most recent experience, I feel it’s important to share it. I booked a crochet style after confirming in advance that it was a service they could provide. i called saturday to make an appointment on monday at 430 with jerry. got there and was told jerry was no on get working and both the owner (helen) and barber kept telling me i dialed the wrong number, to which i knew i didn’t. i then was told i could only get cornrows. yes, my hair was short, but i wanted a different style. ended up going to another that reasoned with my short hair, but we were able to figure out a style. i don’t recommend helen’s at all. customer service sucked and was told i was wrong for the very beginni... read more
