Please go anywhere else. I regret coming here I paid premium pricing and ended up with a crown on tooth 19 that did not function properly. After the crown was placed on 12/23/2025, I continued having pain and cold sensitivity and raised concerns before any root canal was done that the crown was not contacting or functioning correctly. Multiple adjustments were made, but the issue was not fixed. I was then directed toward a root canal, and even after that the crown still was not functional for normal chewing. Helen Im Dentist office was warm welcome to patient. The staff member is extremely friendly and provides clear and accurate information. I am very comfortble and trust all staffs.
Dr. Helen Im made finally smile again, confidently. Although I need a lot of work on my teeth, she made my mouth smile again with confidence while she does the rest of the work. Don’t worry about coming here if you need a lot of work done. I did. You will feel very special and you will get the work done needed.
