I was in need of a dentist for a tooth that broke. I happened to remember Dr. Im's office was on the ground floor of my doctors office. I AM SO LUCKY I REMEBERED, AS DR. IM AND HER TEAM OF ASSISTANT ARE THE BEST !!! I made an appointment. High pressure. Overpriced.
Dr. Im is truly exceptional. After visiting over 8 different providers, she is the only one who has genuinely addressed my kids’ airway concerns in a meaningful and effective way. Her depth of knowledge is unmatched, and she explains everything so clearly and eloquently that you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Please go anywhere else. I regret coming here I paid premium pricing and ended up with a crown on tooth 19 that did not function properly. After the crown was placed on 12/23/2025, I continued having pain and cold sensitivity and raised concerns before any root canal was done that the crown was not contacting or functioning correctly. Multiple adjustments were made, but the issue was not fixed. I was then directed toward a root canal, and even after that the crown still was not functional for normal chewing.
