Dr. Helen Garner is the most skilled optometrist in Delaware county! I highly recommend her.
Dr. Luu gave me one of the most comprehensive exams ever. She also found something in the back of my eye, that can become serious, no other doc ever commented on. Dr. Luu Garner was not only thorough but, knowledgeable, explains in detail, state of the art and personable. I HIGHLY recommend her ( and I am a tough sell) Wish she was still in the Philadelphia area.
