Hearing the worst scene is I could ever imagine a such a critical time in your life. I won’t be choosing this place. Surprised no one has bother to address the reviews. Scary
They don't care about your health, and will not allow you to reschedule appointments due to health complications. Failure and refusal to work with patients who call in to reschudule.
My daughter went to Helen Farabee for a mental health evaluation, and the process was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We were told she had to sign in and sit in the waiting room all day on the chance that she might be seen—no appointment time, no estimate, no guarantees. She has now been sitting in the waiting room for over two hours with absolutely no updates. They would not allow me to bring her after I got off work, so her father had to take time off to bring her, and even he has no idea whether she’ll actually ... read more
Awful. Absolutely awful. This city doesn’t care about its people.
My father in law was transferred from Helen Farabee to United Regional with a brain hemorrhage from passing out. He transferred twice by ambulance and no turn over was given to URHCS. Now Hellen Farabee is refusing to release his medications.
