My daughter went to Helen Farabee for a mental health evaluation, and the process was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Awful. Absolutely awful. This city doesn’t care about its people.
My father in law was transferred from Helen Farabee to United Regional with a brain hemorrhage from passing out. He transferred twice by ambulance and no turn over was given to URHCS. Now Hellen Farabee is refusing to release his medications.
The workers at the crisis unit are rude and unprofessional..any questions you have they say they don't know. They say you are voluntary but refuse to let me leave or will call the cops on me. Feel completely lied to. Also the facility is very dirty. Would like to add the clinician kyle is very rude and has a superiority complex. He doesn't need to be working with mentally ill people.
