My father in law was transferred from Helen Farabee to United Regional with a brain hemorrhage from passing out. He transferred twice by ambulance and no turn over was given to URHCS. Now Hellen Farabee is refusing to release his medications.
The workers at the crisis unit are rude and unprofessional..any questions you have they say they don't know. They say you are voluntary but refuse to let me leave or will call the cops on me. Feel completely lied to. Also the facility is very dirty. Would like to add the clinician kyle is very rude and has a superiority complex. He doesn't need to be working with mentally ill people.
Horrible place understaffed overworked underpaid and extremely underqualified to be helping most people other than basic mental health or therapy. Do yourselves a favor pick up a book or two learn about yourself, the things that you're going through, watch a few videos, try to find a support system (friends) and as much as you may struggle with any one of those things it's much better progress than you're going to get from this place they just want to medicate you.
I have been trying to reach ANYONE at the 9th street location for 3 days now. I’ve gone down the line of phone numbers trying to get Tracy Reid’s contact information. For 3 days no one has gotten my voice mail and returned my call. Surely someone is up there. Not even the receptionist has picked up my call. I am beginning to really wonder about this place. It shouldn’t be impossible to reach someone.
