I love the amazing staff at Helen Farabee. They are there because they care and want to make a positive change. Each and every one of them is wonderful in their own unique way. Submitted it the questionnaire that I need help they got no response. What’s the point of saying you’re gonna help people if you if you’re not going to.
At this point I don’t think they have a nurse, if they do she doesn’t know how to check her voicemails and give calls backs. Do better! So frustrating, I’ve been calling for 2 weeks trying to reschedule an appointment. I did my part y’all need to do yours! I look forward to letting this be known at my next visit as well.
