I went in wondering if I had a UTI. I gave them a urine sample and went into an exam room. The RN who took my vitals was very kind and funny. Since school was out for spring break, there was no waiting. Helen Sandford was lovely with a good “bedside” manner. She is a good fit for this urgent care.
The check-in and registration process was very easy, and the front office staff were lovely! My one complaint is that I left after about an hour with no real answers or direction other than to just schedule with a PCP. While yes, it was beneficial and I learned a lot having scheduled with a PCP, it felt like I spent the money and filed an entire urgent care visit with insurance just for a referral.
