Yesterday we made the drive from Muskegon to Devos after getting improper care at Trinity. The difference was night and day! Within 30 minutes we were in a room. We were there for 10 hours total. We had a LOT of doctors and nurses in and out of the room during that time and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them was AMAZING. The convenience of complimentary valet parking help give me 1 last thing to worry about. The staff have been great at listening to what we were expressing.
Wonderful and quick both times we've had to bring our daughter there. Understanding and happy to inform/answer questions. We had her there at both 2 weeks old and 4 months old for two seperate issues. As new parent's we couldn't be more grateful for their experience and patience.
We drove 2 hours to bring our 4 month old baby here for what we believed were seizures and there was zero urgency. The entire hospital from the waiting room to the exam rooms were FILTHY. I am praying hard my baby didn’t get sick from this place. Very disgusting and very disappointed. They also had us undress our child and leave him undressed while in the waiting room, which we found to be very gross. I don’t recommend coming here at all.
