The worse ER I could take my special needs child, having seizures n they didn’t even hook him up or anything, 5 mins in room looked at him gave him steroid n that was it out the door they sent us. The nurses and doctors both sucked. Drove over a hour

He has ACC Agenisis OF the Corpus Colosseum. He is seen by alot of specialist at this facility and in home and out of home Pt, OT, SPEECH. Not sure why they just tried to talk us OUT OF a rabies shot for my 12yo. Rabies isn't survivable. Then in the paperwork afterwards, it says he definitely should have one, so I'm not sure what that lady was talking about who said he didn't (?) The last time we were here for something else they sent him out on crutches adjusted so badly that a doctor passing by in the hallway as we left stopped and readjusted them so they could actually be used. 0 for 2
We had an unfortunate accident this weekend with our little one, and he had to be transported here for surgery. This is hands down my favorite hospital i have been to for my kids! The staff was amazing in not only making sure our little guy was taken care of but us as parents as well. We felt our baby was safe in their hands. He went in Sunday night, and was home Monday afternoon after surgery. If I could I would give them ZERO stars! I took my 2 year old son to the ER because he had been sick with a fever, bad cough, runny nose and he was wheezing. They didn’t do any test on him or nothing! They took his temp and it was 103 and they told me he had an upper respiratory infection. They only told me to give him Motrin and the sickness had to fight itself off with rest and fluids!
