We had an unfortunate accident this weekend with our little one, and he had to be transported here for surgery. This is hands down my favorite hospital i have been to for my kids! The staff was amazing in not only making sure our little guy was taken care of but us as parents as well. We felt our baby was safe in their hands. He went in Sunday night, and was home Monday afternoon after surgery. If I could I would give them ZERO stars! I took my 2 year old son to the ER because he had been sick with a fever, bad cough, runny nose and he was wheezing. They didn’t do any test on him or nothing! They took his temp and it was 103 and they told me he had an upper respiratory infection. They only told me to give him Motrin and the sickness had to fight itself off with rest and fluids! They are always very dismissive and contradictory of everything primary or urgent care said that got you sent down there. Always make you wait hours just to tell you they’re doing nothing for your child and send you on your way and then you’re still billed thousands. Avoid at all costs!
I've been here on three separate occasions once for my sister n who was misdiagnosed with blood cancer, once for my oldest nephew who was put in medical coma after an accident at 17. And now for my daughter who was getting an EEG Each time the staff has been helpful in giving directions, providing thorough explanation and being patient with us and other parties. 100% recommend
