I tried making an appointment with a doctor but the scheduler said the doctor isn’t available until November to treat my UTI but she can get me scheduled 2 days after (on Monday) with an advanced nurse practitioner named Helen. ZERO bedside manner! She would not listen to me when I spoke or had a simple question. The complete lack of patient care is scary!! I had my 1st appt with Helen Douglas 18 days ago, still have not heard a word from her regarding my test results. That is pathetic patient care, or shall I say lack of!! I will NOT be back to see her or any lazy providers at ARC!! When i left my BP was through the roof!! I didn't feel heard. As I was explaining my issues/concerns, she abruptly cut me off a few times to just tell me we'll test for it. I left the office knowing she was going to check a few things in my blood (because I requested them) and she told me I'd need a pee test too. I didn't understand that part, but did it because I don't go to the doctor often and just really wanted answers to what's going on with me.
