Don't live up to slogan Helen Adams' slogan is something about customer service. Well... that's definitely not what I have experienced. I bought a condo from one of their agents, and while he's very friendly, SLACK is the word I would use to describe him. For example, being 20 minutes late to meet me and not calling, forgetting to return my phone calls, etc. They have a good rep in town and their other agents may be OK, but my experience wasn't the best
World Class Customer Service from Debe Maxwell I do believe that this site is also home to another one of the Helen Adams agents, Debe Maxwell, and we found her customer service to be far superior to any that we've ever encountered in a real estate agent.
