I had right hip/ leg pain that just was persistently present for months. I had decreased my mobility significantly as a result. I finally decided that this wasn't going to go away in it's own and went to Dr Helder. I'm pain free after 3 appointments! Thanks!!!
I was in Brookings for Christmas with my family and Dr. Helder was able to get me in due to a cancellation. That was the quickest relief I have felt from a chiropractic visit in my life and I have been on and off for 10+ years due to sports! He is also very knowledgeable and explained the what and why of everything I asked! Before leaving he verified everything was feeling better and if it wasn’t he was willing to assist with whatever was still hurting!
Dr. Helder is a great option for anyone looking for health care that truly has the intention of healing the body. I’d been struggling with migraines and neck pain, but haven’t even had a headache since visiting him for adjustments. He also addressed my lack of certain nutrients and has helped me to heal my body. Great experiences here!
