I have been seeing Denise once a month for years. I call it my tune-up appointment because during and after I find it calms down my overstressed nervous system and gives me relief all over - it is by far my favorite body work and Denise is a God send.
Denise is amazing! Her technique is smooth, painless, soothing, and it works! I feel better after 60 minutes of reflexology as I do after 90 minutes of a full body massage! My night-time leg cramps have stopped, and the shifting bones in my feet no longer cause pain. I highly recommend her for relaxation in general and for foot discomfort.
Denise Held is AMAZING!!! My family gave me a gift certificate for Denise's services a few years ago. Now, it is the ONLY gift I want!
