I had Helcro Solar install my new battery shortly after the new battery rebate came in, and the experience was excellent. The sales team were great to deal with and took the time to ensure I fully understood all my options before making a big purchase decision. With the increase in demand there were some installation delays, however Helcro kept me informed throughout the process so I was never left in the dark. Did a heap of research and obtained four or five quotes in the process for solar and a battery. Went with Helcro for a number of reasons, but primarily the professionalism and experience. Aldrin was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Arranged a site inspection from Ben, who gave us some great ideas. Installation was last week and the team were just awesome. Helcro Solar installed a 14kw solar + ~48kw battery for me. Amazing staff. Shout out to Lee, who has been super supportive and great to work with, and the other's in their team: Mitch, Daniel, etc. Can't recommend them enough!
I have to say, I’m a high-maintenance customer. I reached out to more than five salespeople for quotes at the beginning, and none of them were as patient as Gabriel. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided multiple proposals, even after countless emails back and forth. The installation team of three was young, passionate, and professional. They even tidied up my garage after finishing their work, which I really appreciated.
After doing some research, we decided to ask Helcro Solar for a Quote Speaking to Lukas, outlining our requirements, Lukas put together a Package of some replacement Solar Panels along with Two Batteries. Lukas also arranged a Site Visit to access our property,. The installation of the System by Brad and His team went smoothly, and once finished did a though clean up. My communications with Annabelle and Lukas was always Professional & Polite I would recommend Helcro to anyone interested in Solar
