Helcro Solar installed a new inverter and three batteries in my garage. There was an issue with the inverter which turned out to be faulty after a few days. I want to thank Helcro for responding to my issue with the inverter so promptly and for arranging to have it replaced within the day. I am pleasantly surprised at what was achieved within the day including having the Fox representatives there also.
Mitch is an absolute delight! For some reason after installing the solar battery our garage door started beeping even time it opens and closes, even though unrelated to the battery install (which was perfect) Mitch came back and very quickly identified the problem and solved it for us. His customer service and professionalism is next level, we highly recommend him!
From the quotation to the certification of the 33KWH system on our 24 Lot apartment building, Helcro have been outstanding. Their team are professional and prompt. They caused minimal disruption to our lives. At one time working from 2am to 8am to avoid disruption during the whole building shutdown. Their price is competitive. Our system is up and running and delivering energy savings to all Lots. I highly recommend Helcro.
