I’m extremely disappointed with Helcim’s service. My account was suddenly closed due to a $75 chargeback from one customer, even though I provided valid shipping and delivery proof showing the item was received. I did not dispute the chargeback further — I accepted the refund out of respect for the customer. But Helcim then froze over $3,124.92 of my company’s funds with no clear explanation, and has refused to release the money for over a month.
