Very unprofessional recruiting process. My interview was canceled just two hours before the scheduled time with a simple “rain check.” People arrange their schedules around interviews, and last-minute cancellations show a lack of respect for candidates’ time.
Don`t try to make money with Helcim. They have only a site without the required competences. You just waste your time.
Great experience signing up and working with the team to get us up and running. We are moving from Clover for the shitty customer service we got and the team with Helcim made us feel confident through the whole signup and review process. Ana, Stephanie and Jason were extremely friendly and helpful through the signup process.
I wish this were a joke, but this serious company in an expensive office downtown Calgary actually is a real company. Just as customers complain here about the company’s mismanagement, their HR/hiring department is just as incompetent. They say they loved my experience, but that I don’t live in Calgary, of which I do… Then no reply to the email after correction, and no reply from a team member after wasting time handing in a resume in person.
