Nice building, maintenance is decent, great location. However tyrncial RA's and HA knock the experience down a star
Super nice place, two separate bathrooms, a large fridge, and really comfortable and modern facilities. Parking is ridiculous though - it's a 15 minute walk to the parking lot; which makes it easier to get to a bus stop than use your own car. I guess you can see that as a positive; but especially in the winter it's pretty annoying when you do need to go to your car. It's also expensive.
