Antisocial and very embarrassing experience. I called Industrious HQ this morning to confirm whether this location was dog-friendly because I wanted to buy a day pass while construction was being done at my home. They told me it was. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. with my dog, checked in, and quietly worked in the day-pass area. Around noon, the location manager approached me and asked who I was (despite the fact that I had already checked in) and told me that dogs are not allowed in the common areas—only in private offices. Walked in on a rainy afternoon. It was late in the day and within business hours. The concierge, Nate, stated that ad hoc tours “weren’t available” and that self-guided tours are not welcome either. Instead, I was told to check the website - which doesn’t help you evaluate the actual space, layout, atmosphere, or noise level. Since I wasn’t able to properly view the space, I won’t be returning.
