Worst moving experience in my life and I grew up a military brat where we moved every year. We self packed everything but breakables in the kitchen. They came with one packer who brought no packing materials. They used my stack of packing paper, my two large rolls of bubble wrap, my large roll of plastic wrap for furniture and when they ran out they used my entire stash of 6 rolls of paper towels with which they packed my fine china. We were assigned to Heiza through a broker after the broker created a lot of unnecessary issues. Heiza definitely without a doubt saved my move and made it possible after the brokers made many empty promises/lies. Heiza is very professional, friendly, and personable. Due to the situation with the brokers, I was very uneasy dealing with Heiza initially. We were assigned Heiza LLC through a brokerage company. From the beginning, when they showed up, we knew it would be bad. We had a 4700 sq ft home and they sent two men. We were on a deadline to get to Dallas from Alabama. They worked at a snails pace. They said it could get done in three days. They finally finished at 12:30 in the evening on the forth day. I was pressured to sign their documents to move my belongings. I had already paid $1500 as a deposit but on move day it was never disclosed that it may take 30 business days to deliver. None of paperwork i signed showed that. All they asked was when I would be available which was 3 days later. Now they won't answer the phone or reply to my messages. They have my money plus ANOTHER $1900, no friends, no family and now no belongings. I feel scammed.
