From the moment I was referred to and called the office, to the minute I left with my repaired car, the process and experience was top notch. Great communication is important and I was pleased to receive the phone calls and voicemails, not to mention the in-person, personable interaction with the staff. My wife and I were recently involved in a collision. We had originally had our vehicle towed to another body shop but after reading the reviews paid out of pocket to have it towed to Heitzman. Upon arrival they checked us in and were very friendly. With in three days it was determined our vehicle was totaled. We worked with Heitzman to get our stuff out and release the vehicle. People here have been wonderful. They have installed new trunk struts and replaced burnt out light bulbs on my cars at no cost. They are nice folks and I recommend them for anybody who needs body and paint work. They are very nice to vets. Thank you Heitzman body and Paint for your help.
While I myself did not get work done on my vehicle, I'm am super impressed with the quality of service and professionalism provided to my friend, as was she. She's picky about her service and said she wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage for service for her vehicle in the future. Great business!
