We have been buying our Birthday cakes from Heitzman for years but this year we were quite disappointed when we received this. Pictures attached. I’m pretty positive we could’ve done a better job decorating this cake ourselves? Not only is it lacking in any visual aesthetic the only icing on the top is the wrong color, red not the pink we had requested. Quite disappointing from a bakery to say the least. I can’t imagine a more plain and cheap looking cake.
