I love Heitz! I went in there for a eyeglass repair a few months ago and they repaired the nose guard for free. I came back for a eye exam and for new frames and lenses. Entire staff is so friendly! I highly recommend for your optical needs!
I can’t say enough good things about this office. Dr. Andrews is so thorough and their selection of frames is huge! I will never go anywhere else for an exam or to get frames!

Why offer a repair shop when you won't even attempt to touch a repair. Drove to Fairview and my sons frames was repaired in the 10 mins while I waited and chatted with the nice lady at Frame Savers. I feel sorry for all the repairs I referred here over the years when I worked in optical that you most likely turned away also.

We are very glad you were able to have your sons' frames repaired. At Heitz we do have the ability to do rough soldering in our lab though we can't guarantee it will hold. We always offer alternative solutions to get our customers seeing again, we know glasses are a necessity. We are sorry our solution did meet your needs today. However we do try to service all glasses to the best of our ability. We do thank you for all your referrals over the years.
The staff are very friendly and they were great and so patient with my 7 year olds that were getting glasses for the first time! I would highly recommend them!

I am so appreciative of the care and the continued effort to get what I wanted for my vision needs. I've been to the "buy two pair of glasses (frames only) for the price of one" who diagnosed me with issues I did not have and to an optical shop that mailed my (hard) contact lenses directly to me, without concern for fit. So, thank you for your kind and unforgettable service...
never been here before because I live in Chicago.. I was down there for a wedding and seeing your place I'm going to give it five stars just because we share the same name HEITZ...
