I want to give a huge thank you to Lynn for going above and beyond to assist me. Even though the system was down, she took the time to make sure I was able to get the optical information I needed for my kids. She was patient, kind, and very resourceful. I went in to look for a new designer frame recommendation of an outside doctor and I was yelled at and accused of stealing their frames. Bad attitude and customer service I’m glad that’s not my doctor I would never go there. I am a very successful 39yr old woman I do not need someone to yell at me and accused of stealing for trying on their last seasons frames. Very rude and unprofessional
