Food is very good. Cocktails a little skimpy. Service was okay-good. Our server wasn't overly friendly
Cool place, nice variety. Hate that they dont really take reservations but we must have timed it right bc we waited less than 15min. Buffet food was good, hot, fresh what what I could tell. Ala carte items were just ok from what we had ( steak n hash, Carnivore omlete) Hubby said waffles were GREAT. And that's saying alot for him.lol He had a beer that was good and fairly popular ( the waitress recommended it).. Al in all good deal esp for only $19.
The service wasn't bad. It was crowded and the food as a whole was only so so. Our food did come out quickly which was nice but we were anticipating getting some time to enjoy our drinks. . The menu mentioned "tapas" style so I presumed smaller, tapas size portions. These were regular size sides and appetizers. We ordered way too much food. So first visit tonight because of restaurant week. I liked the atmosphere and layout of the restaurant. I thought it was pretty modern and the layout and deco was cool. The good....I know some others have commented on bad customer service but our server was Troy and he was great. Personable, talkative, and responsive. I would definitely give him a 5. We had been to Heist before after coming from a concert as was impressed by this place. Our first time coming to the Buffet and we were blown away by the selections. Looking forward to our next time
