I have been a Heist Brewery fan for years! Like back when the beer cheese skillets used to fit on the corner slots on the wooden trays they're served on. I have always said that it's my favorite brewery/restaurant in Charlotte, since most breweries don't serve food in town. Their food has always been on the expensive side, but the quality was always there.
