This place has seriously gone down hill. I used to love coming here, but the last 2 times have been a HORRIBLE experience! I was here 2 weeks ago and saw a mouse run across the floor. When we reported it to the manager her response was "yea it happens all the time. We can't get rid of them". This time it took over 45 mins to get our food. When it arrived, most items were cold.
