ahve been going to Dr. Heisman and Ms. MaryAnn since I had my first tooth! They are excellent. The staff are friendly and I recommend them constantly to friends and family.
If you would like to restore your confidence in gentle dentistry. then visit this office and see only Dr. Ross Heissman. My husband and I are very pleased with his professionalism and work. Prior to my husband visiting him he had not visited a dentist in over 10 years as a result of a bad experience. I read about how wonderful the doctor is so I went into the office and walked right back out. The women at the front did not smile, nor were they helpful and seem to be bothered that I was there.No matter how wonderful the doctor is it all starts with the front office.
I have been going to Dr. Heisman for over 10 years. Even when I have lived in other states (DC is now home) I have always coordinated my visits back to the area with an appointment to see him.He and his staff are friendly, accommodating and true professionals. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend.
I agree with all of you Dr. Heisman is the Gentle Dentist. I also had issues with other dentist and had not been for a few years because of that. My boyfriend has seen Dr. Heisman for over 10 years and said I should give him a try. As someone else said I barely knew he was cleaning my teeth. Hes the best and he and his staff are so friendly and caring.
Dr. Heisman is the best dentist in the world - i have been going to him for about 18 years.. The staff are like family to me, and my mate, and we both drive over 2 hours for their service, and its well worth it. Particularly - he is gentle with my mate that doesnt like to use any pain killers- her comments that he is so gentle, she barely knows he is cleaning her teeth .. and ive done the gamut from cleanings to a bridge, to a couple of root canals, all done right the first time with a smile, and care.
Dr. Heisman was recommended to me by a coworker a couple years ago. Id had some negative experiences with dentists and was very hesitant to go again, but I knew I needed to keep up with preventive care. I was blown away by the kindness demonstrated by Dr. Heisman and his staff. They are beyond friendly and recognize me as soon as I walk in the door. That doesnt happen very often around here. I cant say enough about how wonderful Dr. Heisman and the hygienists are. You neednt be scared to visit this dentist.
Save your money and time and go somewhere else. 1st the doctor billed my insurance incorrectly leaving me with the balance of the bill to pay on my own. Then shortly after the same tooth was in pain again. Never being fixed right the first time. Set up arrangements with doctors office because of the tooth still not being fixed and talked to billing to set up payment arrangements. Ive been going to Dr. Heisman for many years. He is an honest and very competent dentist. He and his staff are very friendly, and very professional. Almost always, they are ready for me exactly on time, so there is little or no waiting in the waiting room, which is fine, because its not the greatest waiting area in the world.
