He started working with his dad back in 1993 climbing trees. Over the years he has worked with other tree companies before starting his own company. Show up for appt. did not show up for three attempts. Not even a call back to let me know they would not make it. Horrible customer service.....
They did a fantastic job taking down a tree and cutting one back for us. Jim took one look at the tree that needed to come down and went and got his crew and did it immediately, he said it wasn't safe to stay up. Good thing he did there was a bad storm a few days later, the tree would have been in our house! He didn't want any money until the job was done. I would recomend this tree service.
