Have not left this place since March. I only asked to go to my grand daughters 2 nd birthday party and they told me I would be discharged if I left. I’m tired of this prison. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one Staff can leave and go out but they don’t care we are here like caged monkeys

My mother is a resident. We have appreciated the thoughtfulness and atmosphere there. She is happy and we know she is in good hands on every level of care there.

Great place, and my mom is very happy being there. (Just moved in, back in March). It's also the cleanest nursing home I've ever visited. All the people there have been great. Ashley helped with getting everything lined up for my mom to move in, Stephanie is very helpful with the ongoing paperwork stuff, and my mom likes how Lori and Lyndsey regularly come talk with her. The CNAs are great too, but I can't name them all. I highly recommend Heisinger Bluffs.
