Both times I've had Heise's out to do work on our plumbing, they have been professional, thorough and timely. Matteo helped us out today, and explained everything thoroughly while he worked. Thank you, Matteo!
I had a toilet that was running and it took, I think, three visits with two different plumbers to fix the problem. After the second visit the water level in the toilet bowl was way too low and it required a third visit. And your charge is higher than most plumbers so I expected better service which I did not receive. This was months ago and I do not recall the exact price, but I thought it was high.
We love working with this company. Quality operation and great people. Always easy to work with and efficient to schedule.
Exceeded expectations on a repair of disposal and kitchen sink. Arrived quickly, repaired expeditiously, tested everything, cleaned up and left. Work looks clean and tight. No issues. Kudos and many thanks. 5-stars!
