Had a Toyota RAV4 repaired here after an accident. Was told the car would be ready in three weeks. Three weeks came and went, still not done. Finally, after three MORE weeks the car was done.

The repair and paint job was satisfactory, but I didn't appreciate them telling me "just one more week" over and over.
