I bought first newer car 22 Lincoln Nautilus. Always had cars 15 to 20 years old. I told my salesman JT would need to go over car with me and said would. Just want to give a big shout out to the Lincoln Manager, Joe and their IT person. The Blink charging stations weren’t “working”? Anyhow, they figured something out and were super generous and paid for my charge! They all went above and beyond!
12/05/24 purchased 2015 used chevrolet tahoe with police interceptor JT SALE was great professional the finance guy don't remember his name smooch talkin sort of shady i put down $2500 down payment. Heiser had my vehicle for over a year multiple times and still didn’t fix the things they were supposed to. Nothing but lie after lie from service advisors, service techs, and managers. How can you say you fixed something but didn’t physically test or look at it? Said they changed my oil. Oil is black as it was when I brought it in. I can go on and on but I would run out of room. I will be reporting them to Ford motor corporate customer relations. They keep trying to pull fast ones on unsuspecting customers. They must think ... read more
