Heiser had my vehicle for over a year multiple times and still didn’t fix the things they were supposed to. Nothing but lie after lie from service advisors, service techs, and managers. How can you say you fixed something but didn’t physically test or look at it? Said they changed my oil. Oil is black as it was when I brought it in. I can go on and on but I would run out of room. I was in need of a used vehicle, a reckless driver caused totaled my Escape. I needed to purchase a vehicle asap, so I could get to work and home. Purchased a used Escape from this establishment and was sold a lemon. Had to take it for repairs at another dealership to the cost of over $2300 dollars just to have a safe vehicle within 5 months after purchasing
