I'm not a write-reviews kind of person, but Gary's experience was so exceptionally poor, it feels very necessary! I never did even rent with Gary because the experience was so dreadful. My fiancee and I were looking for a short-term rental for the summer, and had contacted Gary in regards to a specific listing for a property that we had found on Furnished Finder's website. Gary genuinely wants to help clients. With no notice, he rearranged his day to meet my friend and he drove all over the county to show us places. He is knowledgeable, considerate and a good communicator. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I am a travel nurse and rented off of Gary for a reasonable amount considering it is West Palm during their peak season. He was the only person I found that offered me a private place with parking at a fair price. My boyfriend traveled with me and when I made a comment about the bed being uncomfortable for 2 people he had a brand new queen set delivered to me that evening. I lived at one of his apartments buildings off of northlake for 2 years, and anytime there was a problem that needed fixing it would take him an eternity to come and take a look at it specifically my garbage disposal that leaked anytime we used the sink! Ended up sending his elderly father to come fix it granted that man could barely make it up the steps and even then i ended up paying out of my own pocket to have much more fixed and have my own father do the fixing, and when i showed him the receipts to reimburse me he told... read more
