I feel that I feel that Cesar did excellent. I’m very pleased.
Our experience buying a used car here was very disappointing. Our Subaru supposedly passed their inspection but we owned it less than a week and the engine light came on. This dealership refused to fix these problems claiming that it was our responsibility to foot the entire bill for repairs. We took it to an independent mechanic when these problems should have been disclosed before sale. We would not recommend buying a used car here.

Sales was very pushy and sold me a lemon that quit working right away. When I brought the car in, the service department was rude and offered no solutions, charged me a diagnosis fee when I told them exactly what was wrong with the car. Took my car somewhere else and paid them to fix it. Will never be dealing with Heiser ever again.
