My husband spoke to a general manager by the name of Jordan. Jordan seem to be a very decent, well spoken individual. An inquiry of a 2018 Charger Skat pack, which actually Jordan himself had no idea about and was very much intrigued at the price. I purchased a vehicle from Heiser 2.5 moths ago! 2 days after I purchased it I contacted the salesman and said I had issues with the transmission shifting he told me to bring it in 3 days after I contacted him. I did they took it in gave me a loaner and said they fixed the issue. I picked the truck up used it the very next day and the truck stalled on the freeway. I was very upset at this point I had to get it towed to my home and the next day it started I brought it back to the dealership. Heiser took it back again said the... read more
Purchase 2 vehicles in 2019 and purchased the maintenance packet along with it. Both vehicles have had warranty issues and have been in and out of service for them and still have not been able to be resolved. It seems as if we drop off a vehicle and it stays there for multiple days at a time with the problem not resolved. They don't have loaner vehicles either and the shuttle service is slow and driver impolite.
Heiser service group continues to fail in finding the problem with my sons Chevy cruise. He is there for work but because he has out of state plates, it seems like they continue to jerk him around. He leaves it to be repaired, then has to return four weeks later for the same thing and talking with other dealers locally, they have over charged him.
