Heise Heating got my furnace diagnosed ordered new parts and up and running with technicians Al -Nick both very knowledgeable and friendly took a video to show me what the problem was Very reasonable price no hidden costs if you have heating or cooling problems I suggest you contact them pretty sure they are the best contractor around They are 5 star and above George Hoffman

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS IS SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH! MY FURNACE WENT DOWN WHILE AT WORK & MY HOME WAS FREEZING COLD! I CALLED HEISE & She said a few hrs. DAN called me back within 15min. & said he was on his way! ⭐️ It was fixed within the hour. The next day it went out Dan & a co worker came right away. Turns out I needed A NEW FURNACE! I'VE SERIOUSLY HAD THE WORST LUCK LATELY. CANCER, GREAT FRIEND DIED, BILLS PILING UP FROM BEING OUT OF WORK. SERIOUSLY STRUGGLING! YOU KNOW. LIFE THROWS U CURVES. Have had good experience with this company until this latest service to my A/c. (Previous experience include new Heil furnace in 2023, multiple follow-ups to that install and a/c cleaning, Generac issue) Call was regarding my A/C not working, they determined coils were frozen and needed about 3 ish# of refrigerant. They recharged it and stated it was holding charge when they left. Was charged $600 for a/c- not functional 3 days later after the fix and refrigerant refill.
