I went to the store in Taylorsville, KY and purchased the Heirlooms Tradition Paint to paint my kitchen cabinets. I picked out the colors and purchased the amounts of each paint recommended by the woman working in the store. It turns out they recommended 1 pint too much in a white color and 1 pint too little in a navy color. I took 1 unopened/unused pint of white back to the store and asked to swap it out for the navy blue in order to finish painting my cabinets. Great paint if you can get it. It takes weeks upon weeks to arrive. By the time you get it, you have either lost a client or the momentum to work on the project you desire. I would find a paint that you can actually get your hands on. No paint is so good you should have to wait for weeks to get it. I'm still waiting and it;s been 3 weeks, the tracking has my package stuck in a hub 2 weeks ago and HTP will do nothing to find it for me. I have never received a shipment from them in less than 2 weeks. Crazy!

I wasn’t happy with this paint at all. Well after the cure time, the paint comes off just from wiping with a damp cloth. I was also surprised to learn the owner of HTP heirloom traditions paint, has many complaints on Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1474114988/the-ultimate-sleep-travel-solution-nodpod/comments

I ordered 2 quarts of the Cathedral (steel gray, charcoal), Heirloom Traditions All-In-One Paint. After waiting almost 2 weeks for it to arrive, I received the paint and it was blue in every form of light, not steel gray, not gray blue, just blue, even in outdoor sunlight. I love this paint and the HTP tools. It has a learning curve so they have 100s of videos on their site. Work in small areas at a time because it does dry fast. I've done many pieces of furniture. I use the brush then roll over so lightly with the foam roller. The finish is smooth and lovely.

If your having a problem with this paint.... you truly are the reason. This paint is fool proof and gorgeous. I got my free sample first and after using several high end brands for several years, I converted to HTP and never looked back. Watch some videos and learn how to do it correctly, I promise it will make all The difference .

I bought 4 products from Heirloom Traditions Paint, and I am being generous with an overall 3 stars, because the thing I wanted to like the most, the paint, was a big disappointment. I bought two containers of deglosser, 5 stars, can't say enough good things about this product! Got grime off of a headboard that I couldn't see with the naked eye. I bought the pack of 2 circular sponges. I will go those 4 stars. I had bad results when using with HTP, but fine results when I used them to prime my headboard with Kilz. I bo... read more

I would give this paint zero stars if I could. Very difficult to work with because it dries too fast. Also, their customer service department is crap. They do not answer emails or respond to messages left through their website. I had a bottle of paint and roller damaged in transit because of very poor packing and they never responded.

Must say I have never been most disappointed with customer service the rep Stephanie Price was most rude . In stead of making the situation better her condescending tone needs A LOT of work. I was taken back by her rudeness! Mind you I called twice before no call back! She said the de glosser just came in yesterday and it will get filled or what ever she said by that time my brain was blown away with her attitude.
