I too am stunned to read the bad comments on here. I've been using Heirloom Traditions paint since March of 2020. First project was my very 70's kitchen, an ambitious undertaking! I found the paint easy to use. I watched many of their videos for prep and application (since it's a little bit different than regular paint) and they came out better than I could have imagined!! I have placed a large order with them and have waited for two weeks and it was yet to be shipped out. Calling customer service feels like you get a runaround and the manager refused to come to the phone.

I did everything as followed and after the first use the water sealer started peeling. Rather than them offering a replacement or send a sample can to fix the issue. They literally put the blame on me and basically said it couldn’t be their products. This was my first time buying their product and will be my last. This company does not care about their customers. They will believe their product to be perfect and that there is no mistakes on their end. Please don’t buy from them because once you receive a faulty product. They... read more

This is the nicest paint! I painted my black cabinets 2 coats of coliseum (very light grey) and they look so rich! A soft velvety beautiful appearance and touch! So easy and fast to do! I took the doors off because I didn't know better, but it was no big deal. The VOC level is amazingly low. Later ordered a sample of another color and it arrived unable to open. I placed an order and ***** delivered it to the wrong home. I called ***** and was told they delivered it so I needed to take it up with the company. I contacted Heirloom customer service and was told I needed to try to locate the package by visiting neighbors or wait to see if it gets returned. If it doesn't get returned then I had to file a police report and give them the report number and then they would reship the order. I expressed this should not be my job to locate the package and requested a refund. I was told it was... read more

The freight tracer shows delivered to the shipping address we were provided on the order so if the customer didn't receive it is likely that a theft occurred. As we instructed the customer, we would just need a copy of a police report and we're happy to get this replaced or refunded ASAP. Incident happened September 26/2022 Stacie, is the customer Rep: That treated me wrongly. I am disabled American and paralyzed in the left arm and leg because of COVID shot. I bought a sample can of paint from their company and gave (Stacie) to rectify the situation of the broken can of paint. I emailed her pictures that the open can of paint was all dried up and unusable. (Stacie) emailed me and said the shipping and delivery was my fault. Without rectifying the situation. Don't buy from these people once you buy u stuck with it

Sorry! Per our Order Terms, and those agreed upon at checkout, all sales are final. We can cancel orders and make changes up until they're picked. However, once they're shipped, we don't accept returns. There are a couple of reasons for this. Shipping paint can be really difficult, and the potential for damages increase every time it travels.
