Must say I have never been most disappointed with customer service the rep Stephanie Price was most rude . In stead of making the situation better her condescending tone need A LOT of work. I was taken back by her rudeness! Never will order from here’ not ! On Kristen M comment that goes 3 times for me. If I could give it a negative-10 I WOULD!
I have a limited amount of free time I will be able to do this DIY paint project . The company told me in writing “We're currently shipping orders out in 5-6 days and working hard to get that down even further.” I was willing to wait . It has now been 8 days, so I called . A woman named Amber told me they got behind due to 4th of July wknd and also because they had more colors they needed to mix . She said that my order would be shipped either tomorrow or the next day.
