I can't believe I find myself here. Yes, this is really great paint but so is just about every other paint on the market today. All of these lovely happy customers, are happy because they haven't yet had a problem. A problem where there is no sweet Paula to wave her magic wand. But the difference is, when you buy a faulty paint product from another retailer, you don't get interrogated, disrespected and corrected while they try to establish why they SHOULDN'T give you a replacement for their mistake. Sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your experience. I did pull all of the correspondence (tickets and phone calls) to get a better idea of what happened. For the record, our product is measured by weight. Some cans will look fuller than others, especially if they're less dense than another color. Omg! I stumbled on these negative reviews about HTP. I have to say I am shocked! I feel like I need to say that a lot of these complaints are ridiculous and untrue in my experience. I have used their paint, tools, and stains. All AMAZING! The best paint I have ever used and worth every penny. I have painted my front door, entire kitchen, bathroom tile, multiple pieces of furniture. All of which come out lovely and done easily. To address a few of the complaints. I'm not sure what all these complaints are about I think this product is absolutely amazing. I just spent 12 hours painting my kitchen cabinets with the color Capri. I completed an entire bedroom set with this product, their customer service is exemplary. Yes the product is not cheap but it's worth every penny. I went on the BBB about another paint product and stumbled upon these reviews which I found shocking. I highly recommend this product just follow instructions and you will be amazed.

Ok umm I’m gonna try very hard to maintain my composure. I’m an educated person.. I truly followed all instructions to the T..this is the worst paint I’ve ever used. It’s an absolute scam. The 2 different women I spoke with were nice. But unable to help in ANY WAY. Apparently when the company gets your order wrong it’s “too bad” type situation. Buyer beware! I attempted to place an order on Friday, February 25, 2022 for an overnight shipping of a paint project. Not only did I not receive it overnight it is now Monday morning and I have still not received my paint. I spent $38 in extra shipping for “overnight “get it has not arrived. When I reached out to customer service they told me it would be the next business day and that the weekends do not count. Sorry. All of our Order Terms are listed on our site. We ship out expedited orders the same day, if placed before 12p EST. It looks like your order was shipped the same day it was placed, and ***** picked it up that afternoon (2/29). Sadly, we have no control over FedEx's shipping policies and delivery terms. Standard Overnight delivery times are listed on their website, and those terms dictate delivery on next business day. Unfortunately, we can't force them to deliver on certain days. Would leave no stars if I could. Reached out to customer service after I followed all instructions on the use of their product. Was informed they only refund if there’s an issue with the quality of their product. Which I provided photo evidence of. Paint bubbles, streaks, and does not even itself as described in all the videos/tutorials. Was informed they don’t guarantee it will work and was provided more tutorials. I had to go to my local Sherwin Williams to fix the mess this paint left.

This paint is amazing as long as the surface is properly prepared to receive it. It takes 30 days to fully "cure". I had issues with painting a leather/vinyl sectional as a section of the couch peeled. I reached out for an answer on their Face Book page, and Paula responded quickly. I had painted in my garage in cold weather when the paint needs to be room temperature to properly adhere. Sorry you were having trouble getting the code work! When ordering a sample, you have to navigate to the "Free Sample Bundles" page, click on "Free Sample" and then choose your color. From there, it can be added to your cart. Once at the cart, you can enter the three letter promo code in to the gold promo box and it takes $16.99 (the cost of a sample) off of the order.
